Terms of Service

Service Description

Creative Unlock provides a subscription service that delivers on-brand product creative assets for direct-to-consumer brands. The plan delivers 200 images per month, billed at $499 per month, with the first 50 images delivered within 24 hours after intake completion.

Deliverables and Formats

• 200 images per month (4 weekly drops × 50)
• Ratios: 1:1 (1080×1080), 4:5 (1080×1350), 9:16 (1080×1920), email header (1200×600)
• Color space: sRGB, file size ≤ 3MB

Turnaround

We deliver the first 50 images within 24 hours after the intake form and assets are submitted.

Revisions

One revision pass per weekly drop, limited to ≤10% of images in that drop.

AI‑Edited Disclosure

Where required by platform policy or applicable law, a subtle “AI‑edited” tag is added to paid‑social versions of images.

Cancellation and Billing

• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
• No refunds for partial months after service has commenced for the billing period.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide 5–10 product photos, brand hex codes, and scene selections via the intake form.
• Warrant you have rights to provided assets and branding.

Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive, perpetual license to use delivered assets for marketing purposes. You may not resell or sublicense the assets as stock content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Unlock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid in the last 3 months.
