Effective date: April 12, 2026.
Service Description
Creative Unlock is an ad creative regeneration platform for direct-to-consumer brands. The service monitors ad performance, detects creative fatigue automatically, extracts creative DNA from winning ads, and generates fresh variations without manual intervention.
Plans and Pricing
- Starter ($299/month): 1 product, 1 ad account, up to 50 creatives per week.
- Growth ($499/month): 3 products, 2 ad accounts, up to 100 creatives per week.
Weekly creative limits are enforced by the platform and reset each calendar week. Both plans include automatic fatigue detection, creative DNA extraction, AI variation generation, and persona pre-flight scoring.

- Quality-checked images ready for deployment

AI-Generated Content Disclosure
All generated images are produced by AI. Where required by platform policy or applicable law (including the EU AI Act), we will add appropriate disclosure metadata (C2PA) to generated content. This capability is on our roadmap and will be implemented before the EU AI Act deadline (August 2026).
Cancellation and Billing
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
- No refunds for partial months after service has commenced for the billing period.
Client Responsibilities
- Connect your Meta ad account so the platform can pull performance data.
- Warrant that you have rights to the ad creatives in your account.
- Review generated variations before deploying them to your ad campaigns.
Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use generated creative assets for marketing purposes. You may not resell or sublicense the generated assets as stock content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Unlock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to ad performance outcomes, as generated creatives are tools to assist your marketing, not guarantees of results. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid in the last 3 months.
